
The City of Niagara Falls is introducing a new customer service model called At Your Service, Niagara Falls to better meet the needs of residents, visitors, and businesses.
This initiative is part of the City’s 2023-2027 Strategic Plan and aims to simplify access to services and information using methods people prefer.
The City is asking for public feedback to help shape its customer service standards.
A short survey is available online or in print and must be completed by April 30.
