
With Easter long-weekend done, that now means means sweet treats will be readily available for many.
Registered Nutritionist Lianne Phillpson tells us that it’s okay to have a sweet tooth too, but she suggests we make sound choices.
She says its best to avoid some of the Easter classics like sugar filled, candy-coated eggs too, if at all possible.
Another thing to avoid is artificial colours, which are frequently seen in kids’ Easter baskets.
