The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is continuing its search for a new Chief Administrative Officer after three offers to qualified candidates were declined due to personal and professional reasons, including the most recent earlier this month.
The Town first provided an update on the recruitment in October 2024.
At last week’s Committee of the Whole General Meeting, recruitment partner Phelps presented the latest progress in a Closed Session.
Next steps include a renewed market outreach and a streamlined selection process aimed at securing the right candidate in the coming months.
